Sandstone Court will paint, punch (repair any maintenance issues), clean or replace carpet/planks and clean the apartment.
For your convenience, Sandstone Place has on-site maintenance during office hours, and offers 24/7 emergency maintenance.
Residents are not required to be present for a technician to complete a service request. Residents have the option to indicate that it is or is not ok for maintenance to enter their apartment home to complete the task(s).
Residents are encouraged to place work orders immediately as they occur. Work orders can be conveniently submitted through the resident portal.
Sandstone Place does not offer after hours lock out assistance. Resident must contact a lock smith.
Sandstone offers a variety of amenities including: a park, bark park, pool, tennis courts, on-site laundry facility with 24-hour key entry, 24-hour fitness center, code entry access, courtesy weekly pest control upon request, and resident portal for convenience.
Sandstone Place has permit parking for residents and additional parking available for guests. You may also rent a covered carport space for a monthly fee.
The pool is generally available for use Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather permitting.
Sandstone is a pet friendly community. Breed and weight restrictions do apply. Please contact the office for more details.
Standard appliances in every unit is a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher.
Sandstone Court does not offer furnished apartments at this time, however we do have a sister property, Pickwick Farms, that offers furnished apartments.
We generally ask that you allow us 24-48 hours to complete an application. This time frame can vary pending how quickly verifications are completed and returned.
For your convenience, Sandstone Court offers the ability to pay rent and/or other fees online via resident portal (ACH, debit/credit, & autopay) and in person.
Residents are required to obtain renter's insurance with a minimum of $100,000 of liability coverage. Resident may use any provider of their choosing. If you do not have a provider, please consider Resident Shield. Contact for details (1-800-566-1186).
Cable/internet provider for Sandstone Court is Comcast/Xfinity.
In the event that a resident is unable to complete the agreed lease term, there is an option to break/terminate the lease. Please contact the office for more details.
Resident is responsible for water/sewer, electric, gas* in select units. Trash is included.
To have utilities connected, please contact Duke Energy (800-521-2232) for electric services. Additional providers are based on residents personal choosing (i.e. Comcast/Xfinity).

IndyGo public bus transportation service is available at the Madison Ave & County Line Road intersection, within walking distance from Sandstone Court.
Sandstone Court is in the Pleasant Township & Greenwood Community School District: Northeast (elementary school), Greenwood (middle school), & Greenwood (high school).
Sandstone is located off County Line Road and Old Meridian Street, 5 Light intersections West of I-65, take a left onto Old Meridian Street, Sandstone Court will be on the right.

The staff is very friendly the ladies in the office will go out of their way to help. Maintenance is AWESOME anytime I have an issue it is fixed the same day even if its a night or the weekend. Maintenance responds immediately to calls after hours! I have no complaints in regards to the complex. I recommend these apts to anyone looking for a safe reasonable place to live in Greenwood
the maintenance guy come right out and fixed the problem with the T-Stat. he told me his name and i forgot it. he is the supervisor i believe. great job.
I lived in Sandstone Court for 6 months. Never had any problems. Good staff and maintenance team. Maintenance was always quick to fix problems and Office Staff was always friendly. I had no issues arranging vacations and rent while out of town, etc.
This is by far the best apartment experience I have ever had. The apartments are comfy and open, while still being super affordable. The maintenance guys know what they're doing, always on time and super friendly. The office managers and staff are super down to earth and friendly as well. I feel safe and at home here, I definitely recommend this place. Probably gonna be staying for quite a while. Thanks guys!- Haley S

I've only been here for 6 months but I really LIKE my apartment! The wood floors are wonderful and easy to clean. This complex of buildings will give you a quiet and well-kept grounds. If something needs fixing, they will get right on it and fix it. The heat and cooling work great. The staff is so nice to speak with and they have great customer service. To be 1000 miles from home, yet feel as if I'm surrounded by family is huge! I am also impressed with our maintenance crew!!! They are an immediate response team, and that is very important. Another reason we selected Sandstone over all other places is the cleanliness!- Challene Kee
